Skin and Medical Aesthetics, Goondiwindi.

Combining evidence-based practice and personalised treatment plans to achieve your aesthetic goals.

Led by Registered Nurse Makayla, Aimer Aesthetics brings medical grade skin and aesthetic treatments to Goondiwindi, so you don't have to drive hours for the same standard of care you'd get in the city. Our approach begins with education — understanding how and why your skin is changing, before carefully developing a personalised treatment plan tailored to your skin and aesthetic goals.

Meet Makayla

Makayla established Aimer Aesthetics because she believes rural communities deserve the same access to great healthcare as anywhere else. With a background in hospital nursing and training through Juvae, one of the industry's leading cosmetic nursing educators, she brings clinical precision to every appointment, alongside a genuinely warm, unhurried approach.

Her own experience with skin and ageing is what led her here in the first place, so she understands both sides of the treatment chair. Makayla takes a full face approach to ageing: looking at the whole picture, so your results always look like a more rested version of you, not someone else.

When she's not at the clinic, you'll usually find her on the farm, doing cattle work, fishing, or spending time with her English Bulldog and the people closest to her.

Our Treatments

Cosmetic Aesthetic Treatments are Medical Treatments not Beauty Treatments. Cosmetic Aesthetic Treatments require a thorough understanding of facial anatomy and underlying vascular structures. Safe and natural results come from clinical assessment, knowledge, clinical training and understanding facial dynamics.
